CANCELLATION / NO SHOW - APPOINTMENT POLICY
***VERY IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ***
Our goal is to provide affordable, high volume, quality care spaying/neutering services. In order to do so, we’ve had to implement an appointment cancellation/no show policy. When a pet does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another pet loses an opportunity to be spayed/neutered. It also adversely affects our business and our ability to continue to provide affordable prices to you.
If you have scheduled an appointment and didn't show up or cancel, or notify us within 24 hrs of your appointment time, you must pay $100.00. $50.00 is a non refundable penalty for the missed appointment and the other $50.00 is a deposit that will be applied towards services rendered for your next scheduled appointment. This payment can be made through our website/PayPal account. You can find it on our website under "make a donation." Once you have made the payment, let us know, then we can put your account in good standing and you will be able to schedule an appointment.
If you are not able to make your appointment you MUST cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. The $50.00 deposit will ONLY become NON-REFUNDABLE if you do not cancel your appointment with 24 hours or if you don’t show up for your appointment.
Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy.
